Product Return / Replacement

In case you do not like or do not like the product you received, you have the right to request the replacement of the product with another or to change the number or color. The change of the product can be done for FREE through the e-shop! For the replacement process, the maximum return period is up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. The return of the product is done only with Speedex and it is completely free! Please note Ms. Fani Kountiou.

To return a product, please complete and send the relevant form (Return Receipt) along with the product and the retail receipt. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition as received, it must be complete, without damage, its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, including all labels / tags, necessary documents, etc. and in any case not used or washed.

Order cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your order and if the product has not been shipped, you should contact the customer service department on the phone 231 1807099 or by e-mail info@sugarkids.gr. In case your order has been shipped, SUGAR KIDS will inform the courier to return the parcel to its premises.
